She holds several certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute since 2002, the Society for Human Resources Management’s SHRM‐SCP designation since 2015, is a Certified BridgeBuilder® Trainer who facilitates Generational Diversity in the Workplace and is a DISC Certified Human Behavior Specialist.

 Recognized throughout her 30-year HR career including two 2020 American Business Awards® Silver Stevie Awards for Entrepreneur of the Year and Human Resources Professional of the Year, she attributes the success to her passion for people and desire to give back to her community. She volunteers for Jim Moran Institute, S.C.O.R.E. Broward, Broward County's KAPOW Program, her family Church and is a Board Member of her local Chamber.

 Lisa brings over 30+ years of HR experience to the Human Resources community and finds every opportunity she can to share her knowledge and time with her community. She delivers The Complete Manager Makeover® Workshops for organizations throughout the United States and offers them here to help individuals and entities alike understand the importance of not only HR compliance, but the mastery of leadership through managing the human elements effectively.
