During this course, participants will learn their role of importance in the training process as it relates to the principles of adult learning using a Four Step System of training. Learning how to provide feedback, conduct effective evaluations and the correct uses for S.M.A.R.T. objectives serves to improve participants' knowledge and confidence in these critical talent management subjects. Participants acquire the ability to immediately and practically apply the learning in their workplace.
Lisa Perez is the President of human resources consulting company, HBL Resources where she serves as a trusted advisor, trainer or consultant to small and large organizations including Virgin Hotels, The City of Coral Gables, Best Buddies International; Brinks International to name a few. She works with leaders at every level of the organization from supervisors to corporate leaders, and teams to improve their personal and professional performance.
She holds several certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute since 2002, the Society for Human Resources Management’s SHRM‐SCP designation since 2015, is a Certified BridgeBuilder® Trainer who facilitates Generational Diversity in the Workplace and is a DISC Certified Human Behavior Specialist.
